Exchanging your currency is a straightforward process. Here is a guide on how to complete a transaction yourself:

Step 1: Select Exchange Pair

On the VIPchanger.com homepage, you will see two main columns:

  • “Give” (Отдаете): Click on the currency you wish to exchange.
  • “Get” (Получаете): Click on the currency you wish to receive.
  • Example: To exchange Rubles from Sberbank to Thai Baht, select the corresponding icons in each column.

Step 2: Fill in the Details

Once the currencies are selected, you will be directed to a form. Please fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*):

  • Personal Info: Your email, mobile phone number, first name, and last name.
  • Amount: Enter either the amount you want to send or the amount you wish to receive; the other will be calculated automatically.
  • Account Details: Provide the card or account numbers for both banks involved in the exchange.
  • Agreement: Check the box to agree to the terms of service and click “Next” (Далее).

Note for Tourists: If you do not have a local Thai bank account to receive Baht, we can assist you. Simply contact our staff, and they will provide our account details. After the exchange is processed, you can collect your cash from any ATM using a cardless withdrawal code provided by us.

Step 3: Verify Information

Review all the information you have entered.

  • If you spot an error, click “Back” (Назад) to correct it.
  • If everything is accurate, click “Next” (Далее).

Step 4: Payment & Completion

You will be provided with the account details where you need to transfer your funds.
