Due to the current political instability, local hospitals are not accepting guarantee letters from Ukrainian or Russian insurance companies. I’ve found and am currently using the most effective insurance plan. Information updated as of March 17, 2022.
This insurance plan costs $262 per month for two people. I opted for one of the highest coverage limits available, which is $600,000 per person annually. There are more affordable options with lower coverage limits and deductibles available as well.
This European insurance company provides global coverage with no deductible, offering the best value for money. It covers all ages and durations, with the option for monthly payments. Just ensure you don’t let the policy start date lapse. You can even purchase coverage while already traveling.
I personally use this insurance and am very satisfied. There is an English-speaking consultant available; if needed, you can request information in English. The policy covers various situations, including pregnancy, cancer, COVID-19, vaccine side effects, dental issues, and more.
